What's the Process?

We understand that planning and executing a conference, meeting, or event takes a lot of time and money.  We also know that the event’s success is gauged by the audience’s reaction, education, and experience.  Our goal is to make your job easier and help to ensure that your event is successful!

1. GET IN TOUCH

Contact me to discuss your engagement. I will be in touch with you shortly to look over the details and confirm my availability for your specified date. During this process, I’ll help you determine if your event is a good “fit” for my services. I will tentatively hold your booking date while we are in communication and ironing out all the details.

2. BOOK YOUR DATE

To secure a date on my calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of my fee is required. I will also send you my proposal to review and sign.  Upon the agreement of the signed proposal, I will schedule a pre-program interview and consultation.

3. CONSULTATION

I will meet with you and others on your team in person or over the telephone/Zoom. This discussion will help him gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, meeting objectives, and industry trends. Using this information, I will prepare a program that is personalized to suit your event.

4. PAYMENT

The remaining balance will be due no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event. Leading up to the event, I will also confirm the room set up, provide any marketing material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary and other logistics.

5. SHOWTIME

If this is an out-of-town engagement, I will generally arrive the day before his presentation. This allows for an early soundcheck on the day of the event and adequate time to go over any other elements of event production to ensure SHOWTIME success.
